Introduction & Background

The Myanmar Career Bridge Academy (MCBA) established in January 2016 in Thingangyun Township is under the umbrella of TOP HR Solutions Company Limited, providing the one stop HR services in Myanmar.

TOP HR Solutions is founded in 1st January 2015 by a team of HR Professionals, IT Professionals and one of the top Businessmen in Myanmar. TOP HR Solutions is providing one-stop HR Solutions which includes the following;

HR Consulting Service, such as HR Auditing, Compliance Auditing, Developing HR Policies and Employees Handbook, HR Outsourcing Service, Etc.

Recruiting Service

HR Learning Center and Corporate Training Service

Payroll Outsourcing Service

During its operation in the very first year, Top HR found out that after graduation, the Myanmar Fresh Graduates are facing difficulties in shifting their life form students to career. Although they learned Business Management in various training center, most in the market are providing from academic approach. As a result, they still facing difficulties in understanding and application, plus, majority are also facing difficult learning in English. In order to fulfill these gaps, TOP HR Solutions established "Myanmar Career Bridge Academy" aiming to provide the Business Management Training, English Language training, and the soft skills require to start their career with practical experience opportunities. In June 2016, MCBA became one of ABE (UK) recognized training centers and started providing international qualifications. In June 2018, we became one of recognized training centers for IQN international qualifications.

Our center is currently providing the following international qualifications as stated below.
